RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Ramixx, we always strive to deliver the best products for your child. Still, if for any reason the toy doesn’t feel right once you receive it, don’t worry—we are here to help.
If you receive the wrong product, a damaged part, or if it looks different from the pictures, please contact us within 3 days. Share your order number and a small photo of the issue, and we will review it. Once verified, we will guide you on the next steps—return or replacement, whichever is more convenient for you.
If a return is required, the product must be unused, clean, and in its original packaging. After approval, please send it back within 7 days.
Once we receive the product, we process the refund promptly. The money will be returned to your original payment method—processing time may vary slightly depending on your bank or mobile banking service. Alternatively, you can choose a replacement instead of a refund.
Please note that returns or refunds are not possible for products damaged due to normal use, misuse, or customized items.
